Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets for mobile devices. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, managing and motivating a sales team to maximize performance and productivity. You will also be responsible for monitoring market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships while providing exceptional customer service.

In this role, you will analyze sales data and report regularly to management on performance and market trends. You will work closely with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support sales efforts and stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and best practices. Additionally, you will manage the sales budget, ensure expenses are kept within budget, and attend trade shows and conferences to network and stay informed about industry developments.


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets for mobile devices
  • Manage and motivate the sales team to ensure maximum performance and productivity 
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities in the mobile device industry 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service 

  • Analyse sales data and provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market trends 

  • Work closely with marketing teams to develop effective marketing campaigns to support sales efforts 

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of mobile device industry trends, competitors, and best practices 

  • Manage the sales budget and ensure sales expenses are within budgeted limits

  • Attend trade shows and conferences to network and keep abreast of industry developments 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 

    Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the mobile device industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing sales  

  • Strong leadership and team management skills 

  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies 

  • Knowledge of the mobile device industry, competitors, and best practices 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate with all levels of the organization. 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
