Role Description and Purpose
As the Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of reshaping the brand and building a large blockchain community around our innovative web 3 platform. Your primary mission will be to redefine how perceived in the blockchain market and to establish a robust community of engaged developers, users, advocates, and blockchain partners.
Responsibilities:
Brand Reshaping: Lead the effort to redefine brand identity as the only one web 3 platform that is ready for real-world adoption (to bring real users, enterprises, governments to start using blockchain).
Community Building: Develop and execute strategies to build and nurture a large, active blockchain community. This includes leveraging social media, forums, events, partnerships, collaborations and other channels to engage with users, developers, web3 professionals, and other stakeholders.
Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling content that showcases brands value proposition, use cases, and impact. Develop content by yourself when needed. This includes websites, blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, case studies, and more.
Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement with brand 's products and services. This includes both online and offline campaigns targeted at various segments of the blockchain and healthcare market.
Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with industry influencers, blockchain companies, healthcare organizations, technology providers, and other relevant entities to expand brands reach and impact.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives. Use insights to refine strategies and optimize performance.
Requirements:
Proven 7+ years experience in brand management and marketing strategy development, preferably in the blockchain, technology or healthcare sector.
Experience working with cryptocurrency exchanges, wallets, or blockchain projects.
Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications in healthcare.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
Creative thinker with a track record of executing innovative marketing campaigns that drive results.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
At least 4+ years experience of leading teams
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
