Summary

A global leader in smart technology is seeking a Manufacturing Applications Manager to drive the full lifecycle of hardware-integrated software products used in foodservice and OEM environments. This role requires a strong technical foundation, hands-on product management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams across engineering, production, sales, and marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Lead application lifecycle from product conception to launch and maintenance
  • Collaborate with engineering to define technical requirements and align with business goals
  • Monitor and improve application performance; manage patches, updates, and support
  • Troubleshoot complex application-related issues and support end-users
  • Analyze business processes and propose technology solutions to optimize operations
  • Deliver internal training and documentation for system use and enhancements
  • Manage application-related projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Partner with production and product teams to position solutions within target markets

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering or applications/product management in a manufacturing setting
  • Strong technical understanding of software applications, operating systems, and networks
  • Proven ability to manage the product lifecycle and develop market-driven strategies
  • Bachelors degree in product design, engineering, or a related technical field
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Clear communication skills across technical and business teams
