Job Summary:
Lead, strategize, and optimize our digital advertising efforts to achieve impactful, data-driven marketing results. This role requires a seasoned professional with an agency background and a strong focus on campaign performance, data analysis, and relationship management. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with external agencies, ensuring we attain optimal solutions and maximize ad performance for our brand's success.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and oversee digital marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and target audiences.
- Work closely with internal teams to define and achieve key campaign goals, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
Ads Optimization & Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of all digital campaigns, including social media, paid search, display ads, and programmatic buying.
- Implement data-driven optimization strategies to increase reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
Agency Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external agencies, managing day-to-day communication and performance evaluations.
- Ensure agencies provide strategic insights and effective solutions, holding them accountable for meeting our brands goals.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Collect, track, and analyze data on campaign performance to provide actionable insights and adjust strategies.
- Present regular performance reports to senior management, identifying key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
Budget Management:
- Oversee and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation across channels for maximum ROI.
- Track spending against budget allocations, adjusting strategies as necessary to remain within financial guidelines.
Market & Industry Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive activities, and emerging digital tools to continuously improve campaign strategies.
- Evaluate new platforms, tools, and trends, especially within the fashion sector, to enhance digital marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally within an agency setting.
- Prior experience managing campaigns for a fashion brand or related sector is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated success in optimizing campaigns and tracking performance through analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Strong budget management skills with experience maximizing ROI.
- Essential experience in a digital marketing agency with proven success in handling high-profile client campaigns.
- Strong skills in data tracking, collection, and analysis with experience in using various digital analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and direct agency relationships, ensuring alignment on strategies and outcomes.
