In this role, you will be responsible for strategically planning, overseeing, and supervising international logistics operations, including logistics divisions and free zones. Your focus will be on executing operations in alignment with established procedures and plans, ensuring optimal efficiency and attainment of set objectives. This involves managing overseas logistics service contracts to the same high standards upheld in Thailand. Your role extends to standardizing operational methods and procedures, as well as initiating modifications to enhance all logistics-related processes, guiding stakeholders to operate seamlessly within established standards. Additionally, you will vigilantly monitor and control the performance of logistics service providers to ensure alignment with set goals. Efficient budgeting and expenditure control within established financial parameters are also integral aspects of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics Efficiency Management: Direct and oversee international logistics processes, ensuring adherence to established operating procedures for efficient goods preparation, movement, and storage.

Loss Prevention and Quality Control: Supervise goods inspection procedures to prevent losses during warehousing, delivery, and return processes, ensuring the integrity of products.

Performance Oversight and Collaboration: Monitor and control overseas logistics performance, collaborating with relevant departments to optimize overall operational success.

Analytical Reporting: Generate detailed reports on overseas logistics performance, conducting analysis, and proposing improvements to enhance overall work efficiency.

Compliance and Employee Guidance: Ensure employee compliance with policies and legal qualifications, providing supervision and support to maintain high professional standards.


Qualifications:

1. Proficient in data analysis with a solid understanding of planning and developing logistics and transportation systems.

2. Demonstrated strategic thinking and managerial skills, encompassing analysis, planning, problem-solving, effective communication, coordination, and task follow-up.

3. Possesses mature leadership qualities and excels in collaborative teamwork and governance.

4. Thrives under pressure, excelling in task prioritization and efficient task execution.

5. Exhibits excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong command of the English language in speaking, reading, writing, and listening. 6. Familiarity with warehouse management systems and proficient in Ms. Office for computer literacy.

7. Capable of solution design with the ability to apply knowledge and skills to address challenges.

8. Willingness and ability to travel abroad for professional responsibilities.
