Job Summary:
Design, develop, and deliver learning programs that support business goals. This role involves close collaboration with key stakeholders and HR business partners to ensure employee and business growth through effective training.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads, employees, and HRBP to identify skill gaps and training needs.
- Design comprehensive training programs, including creating materials and selecting delivery methods (in-person, online, workshops).
- Facilitate training sessions for all employee levels, ensuring engaging and impactful learning experiences.
- Manage training resources and logistics (scheduling, venues, materials) to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Track and maintain employee training records, certificates, and attendance for internal and external programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics, making necessary improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies. Stay updated on training trends and best practices.
- Coordinate with employees, vendors, and relevant teams for course preparation and payments.
- Prepare and submit reports to the Department of Skill Development and present training outcomes and ROI to senior management.
- Offer ongoing support and mentoring to help employees apply new skills on the job.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in any field.
- 3+ years of experience in learning and development or training, preferably in retail.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs.
- Creative and dynamic, with strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams); experience in e-learning tools and fashion retail is a plus.
- Knowledge of generative AI (preferred).
- Ability to manage projects with changing timelines and maintain momentum.
- Willingness to travel.
