Job Summary:

Design, develop, and deliver learning programs that support business goals. This role involves close collaboration with key stakeholders and HR business partners to ensure employee and business growth through effective training.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department heads, employees, and HRBP to identify skill gaps and training needs.
  • Design comprehensive training programs, including creating materials and selecting delivery methods (in-person, online, workshops).
  • Facilitate training sessions for all employee levels, ensuring engaging and impactful learning experiences.
  • Manage training resources and logistics (scheduling, venues, materials) to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Track and maintain employee training records, certificates, and attendance for internal and external programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics, making necessary improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies. Stay updated on training trends and best practices.
  • Coordinate with employees, vendors, and relevant teams for course preparation and payments.
  • Prepare and submit reports to the Department of Skill Development and present training outcomes and ROI to senior management.
  • Offer ongoing support and mentoring to help employees apply new skills on the job.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in any field.
  • 3+ years of experience in learning and development or training, preferably in retail.
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs.
  • Creative and dynamic, with strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams); experience in e-learning tools and fashion retail is a plus.
  • Knowledge of generative AI (preferred).
  • Ability to manage projects with changing timelines and maintain momentum.
  • Willingness to travel.
