Key Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- 15+ years of hands-on experience working with global teams
- Solid experience with HR practices in all stages of the employee life cycle
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage HR data and metrics for decision-making
- Experience working with global employment laws and regulations
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
