They are looking to add to their team a driven and passionate Chief Marketing Officer. The job holder will use their extensive managerial experience, data-driven approach, and business development skills to establish the company as the leading brand in the online trading industry. He/She will devise strategies for advertising, marketing, and public relations to raise brand awareness, audience development, and business acquisition. He/She will train and inspire the team to engage in every stage of the product journey, shape how the product is represented, and grow a thriving consumer base for it.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a multi-disciplinary team comprising top talent in online marketing, communication, design, strategic partnerships, and more.
  • Define our global strategies for advertising, marketing, and public relations to accomplish company goals and drive business growth.
  • Take ownership of marketing metrics that matter to the business, including those related to acquisition (CPA), conversion, retention, churn, lifetime value (CLV), and revenue.
  • Direct organic and paid marketing campaigns to meet our goals across the board.
  • Analyze data, generate meaningful insights, and present actionable business reviews to senior management.
  • Liaise with the Compliance team to handle complex contract negotiations and other legal matters.

Key Requirements:

  • A university degree in marketing, business administration, or another related discipline.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience in trading firms, e-commerce, FX or crypto exchanges, or FinTech.
  • 10+ years of managerial experience.
  • Experience in various technical areas of digital marketing (e.g. SEO, PPC, A/B testing, conversion rate optimisation, content marketing, display advertising, funnel optimisation, and affiliate marketing), plus all relevant metrics for each acquisition channel.
  • Expertise in branding, communication, advertising, public relations, and design with strong project management skills to direct large marketing campaigns (both digital and non-digital) from start to finish.
  • Advanced hands-on experience with Googles data and marketing tools such as Marketing Platform, Ads, and Search Console.
  • Experience with market research tools and methods to distil key consumer insights.
  • Prior experience overseeing digital marketing for a forex, or online trading company.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with proven ability to manage and mentor your team.
  • A result-driven mindset and a strategic, creative, and analytical thinking style.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
