They are looking forward to add multiple CAs to their team who can manage the Risk Assurance service of the Internal Audit function by performing and reporting on assurance reviews on risk internal controls, business continuity and crisis management programs, and other special investigations. 

Task & Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive audit program for evaluation of management systems, processes and controls in all Company departments.
  • Implement an audit plan covering processes for compliance with all corporate policies.
  • Recommend improvement in processes to ensure implementation of Best Proven Practices in industry as well as in all Group Companies.
  • Review systems and procedures for their adequacy in accomplishing intended management objectives and goals.
  • Evaluate systems effectiveness through application of knowledge of business systems including financial, construction, engineering, purchasing and other operations and understanding of audit techniques.
  • Conduct special reviews on selected areas/functions as may be decided by top management and coordinate with internal audit so as to complement each others work and avoid overlapping and duplication.

Qualification

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in audit, assurance, or related fields, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Excellent knowledge of corporate policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements within the construction or manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing audit programs and plans.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and audit software/tools.
  • Certification or training in relevant areas such as risk management, internal audit, or quality management systems may be advantageous.
