Key Responsibilities

  • Global Recruitment Leadership: Understand business needs to develop and execute a comprehensive hiring strategy that aligns with Deriv's objectives and growth plans.
  • Innovative Recruitment Initiatives: Implement innovative recruitment practices and technologies to enhance the candidate experience, streamline processes, and attract top talent.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Understanding of best practices: Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies such as AI in talent acquisition and recommend innovative approaches to attract and retain top talent..

Key Requirements

  • 15+ years of hands-on experience leading global talent acquisition strategies and teams, preferably within the tech industry.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use HR data and metrics for decision-making
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and innovative sourcing techniques such as AI tools
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful talent acquisition strategies
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ethical and professional recruitment methodologies and techniques such as Top-grading
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all levels
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
