Our client is an inclusive live digital learning environment that welcomes all students and focuses on imparting knowledge in cutting-edge technologies such as Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), Robotics, and Coding for games/movies/creative art.

With a commitment to fostering innovation and creativity, they are currently seeking a driven and passionate Head of Sales & Marketing to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue through strategic initiatives such as student enrolments, partnerships, increasing batch and ticket size, and optimizing the Centre for remote learning on a global scale.
  • Develop/implement effective sales and marketing strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Incubate Joint Ventures (JVs) and collaborations with industry players, functional partners, government bodies, and Schools/Universities to enhance the monetization of the VR Academy.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful partnerships and business development opportunities.
  • Providing regular updates to Senior Management on sales and marketing performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations.
  • Manage a flexible team structure with few shared resources, with the autonomy to build and expand the team as needed to support business goals.
  • Be based out of a cutting-edge 3-storey VR/AR lab situated in the vibrant Jumeirah district, providing a state-of-the-art environment for innovation and collaboration.

Education & Skills

Need to Have:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably within the education or technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the Virtual Reality Development industry and its market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.

Good to Have:

  • Experience in building and nurturing partnerships with industry stakeholders and educational institutions.
  • Knowledge of emerging trends in virtual reality, augmented reality, and remote learning technologies.
  • Familiarity with the business landscape in Jumeirah and the broader Middle East region.
