Our client is multibillion-dollar business working with diversified portfolios and partnerships spread across the Middle East.

They are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager - Marketing to lead and innovate within their Lifestyle and Fitness Division. This role requires a seasoned marketing professional with a robust understanding of both B2B and B2C segments, particularly within the retail and fitness industries. The successful candidate will bring a 360-degree marketing approach, combining digital and traditional strategies to drive growth, engagement, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Marketing Strategies Across Three Vertical Segments:
    • B2B: Oversee marketing efforts for the design, construction, and commissioning of corporate fitness centres and gyms, a cornerstone of the division for over 30 years.
    • B2C: Develop and execute marketing campaigns for our flagship fitness centres in Dubai, with a vision for expansion across the GCC.
    • B2C (HNI Segment): Tailor high-end marketing strategies targeting ultra-high-net-worth individuals, focusing on the setup of professional fitness centres in private residences.
  • Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns that align with commercial goals and drive lead generation, audience engagement, and brand positioning.
  • Oversee content creation, digital marketing, CRM, and branding initiatives, ensuring consistency and impact across all channels.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Report directly to the Group Head of Marketing and collaborate closely to align divisional marketing strategies with overall corporate objectives.
  • Manage a small, agile marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, product development, and other key stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

Key Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within the retail or fitness industry.
  • Strong background in both B2B and B2C marketing, with a focus on concept marketing and brand development.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, CRM, content creation, and campaign management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
