They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Chairman in overseeing day-to-day operations, Projects coordinating across senior management, and acting as a central point of contact for project teams. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, operational insight, and the ability to manage high-level coordination with discretion and efficiency.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted point of contact between the Chairman and internal stakeholders, including senior executives, department heads, and project teams. Ensure the seamless flow of information and alignment of strategic objectives across the organization.
- Monitor the progress of various strategic projects by maintaining project dashboards, reviewing timelines. provide regular updates to the Chairman on project status, deliverables, and milestones.
- Conduct research, gather data, and provide analysis to support the Chairman in strategic decision-making. Assist with business planning, investment assessments, and operational improvements as needed.
- Prepare presentations, executive summaries, and briefing materials for internal and external meetings.
- Draft, review, and manage sensitive and high-level communications on behalf of the Chairman.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle all executive matters with discretion, tact, and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 – 7 years of experience in a senior executive assistant or coordination role, preferably in a project-based, construction, or education.
- Strong operational understanding and project management is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
