Job Description

  • Develop, communicate and administer competitive total rewards strategies, including compensation, benefits and other work experience programs, that are cost effective and consistent with labor market trends and organizational objectives
  • Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations related to compensation and benefits programs
  • Ensure benefit plans are market competitive and are focused on the overall value proposition for candidates and employees to drive attraction and retention
  • Roll out productivity benchmarks & metrics for the organization in line with best practices
  • Manage the annual and mid-year budgeting process across all human capital cost buckets, such as headcount, compensation, talent & other HR programs.
  • Manage and execute day-to-day compensation transactions including off cycle compensation changes and quarterly award program, compensation reports, long term awards and payment requests to payroll
  • Prepare monthly MIS and quarterly forecasting for headcount, people cost, and HR expenses. Provide proactive visibility of cost & headcount run rates to the HR Leadership, periodically.
  • Review and track the HR Budget utilization across various cost headers. Share timely reports and utilization status with the HR leadership.
  • Provide analytical support to pay decisions and compensation plan design
  • Interface with employees, managers and human capital team members in order to resolve issues and respond to inquiries on compensation matters
  • Closely work with the Leadership team on all aspects of compensation and benefit plans and practices to offer the most effective Employee Value Proposition. Guide the management in taking critical decisions with respect to all compensation, people cost, benefits etc.
  • Design and implementation of effective reward and recognition systems to create a culture of appreciation in the organization aligned with the business objectives and core values
  • Proactively review and recommend improvements to incentive plans based on market benchmarks and internal reward objectives
  • Recommend new and innovative Benefits that will help keep a motivated and engaged workforce
  • Manage and sustain the Reward & Recognition program for the organization and ensure success.
  • Have adequate knowledge about EXPAT compensation benchmarks and structure
  • Experience/ Exposure to ESOPs/ RSUs is desirable and good to have.

Qualification

  • Bachelors / Masters with emphasis on human resources, business, finance or related field preferably from premier institutes
  • 10+ years of experience in creating differentiated compensation & benefits practices
