Job Objective
The role holder is expected to develop and execute the Business strategy, continuously evolves forecasting models, analyzes historic results and makes business recommendations to senior management based on the analysis, all in rapidly growing environment. Incumbent will partner with CEO to deeply understand how well we serve our customers, think strategically about the business direction and lead projects to create business value, aligning multiple stakeholders
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities of the role
- Be responsible for supporting CEO for the strategy the Business across all verticals, by pulling together crucial elements such as strategic priorities, competitor performance, operational performance, innovations, markets etc. from various internal and external sources in order to develop strategic options
- The role is able to evaluate the right strategic choices and assist the CEO in developing a long-term strategic road map aligned with the companys vision and mission
- Provide support to the CEO in steering key organization projects, digital & strategic transformation initiatives, and delivery/presentation of forecasting models, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive key business decisions
- Drive the annual goals, budgeting and ongoing process improvement projects
- The role will drive projects in collaboration with C-Suite and cross-functional stakeholders involving improvements in processes, efficiencies and explore new opportunities
- Strategic planning, translation of the strategic plan into the annual plan and hands-on execution of specific projects
- This position will require leading a group of people who will work in this strategy and transformational team
- Actively evaluate upcoming opportunities and disruptions in the fashion retailing industry. Prepare & deliver recommendations or alternatives that address existing and potential concern areas
- Drive the governance agenda agreed within the long-term plans /Audit committees/Boards
- Drive the budgeting and ongoing process improvement projects
- Be continuously vigilant of roadblocks and process failures that can come in the way of strategy execution
- Be part of the engagements with the investors and external stakeholders for the CEO Office
Partner with Business / Functional Heads to drive cross-functional projects and to get synergy across the Business
- Develop collaboration amongst the team members and work collaboratively across the organization
