Minimum requirements:

  • Matric
  • Relevant tertiary qualification preferably in Project Management
  • 2-3 years industry related experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office

RESPONSIBILITIES

Store Plans

- Checking of plans on revamps for work required

Procurement

- Quotations for development requirements

- Purchase orders and compiling of documentation

- Month end invoicing

- Month end filing

- Capturing of asset information for Director

TI Allowance

- Invoicing of TI Allowance

- Following up of TI Allowance

Asset Register

- Ensure all asset movements are captured by Management prior to paperwork going through for processing/payment

- Capturing of monthly assets onto FASWIN for Director

Renewals/Refurbs/Relocations/Closures

- Build files for all revamps

- PO's and invoicing relating to revamps

- Invoice and follow up of TI Allowances where required

- Follow up on deliveries from suppliers to timelines

Maintenance/Help Desk

- Assist with maintenance/help desk

- Handling of basic - 1 tier calls and 2 tier calls where possible

- All invoicing, orders, administration relating to maintenance work

Aircon Maintenance and Management

- Oversee all monthly maintenance of aircon with aircon management supplier.

- Update spreadsheet monthly with all call out's

- Plan all maintenance with schedule monthly and update/follow up accordingly

- Update all new stores onto the system and ensure they are added to maintenance schedule

Back up power

- Purchase order and invoicing of all backup power items required

Insurance claims

Assist in obtaining quotes relating to claim

Communication

- Weekly progress meeting

- Updates on all administrative elements

- Communication with suppliers

- Communication with AM's and Stores

- Revamp brief and communication to Area Managers, Head Office and stores
