CRITERIA

• Matric

• Relevant tertiary qualification

• Two years experience

• Proficiency in MS Office and Dolfin

• Excellent Excel skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the correct assortment of styles, sizes, and colors are available.

• Ensuring that supplies comply with all requirements in terms of manufacturing the said product.

• Ensuring that colors, construction and packaging is within the requirements needed.

• Filing of all orders are shipped timeously to meet delivery dates.

• Verification of orders and shipments.

• Ensuring that all orders are shipped timeously to meet delivery dates. 

• Receiving of all sample products from suppliers.

• Order processing, price confirmation prices and product approval with suppliers.

• Evaluation and follow up on all orders and queries.

• Supplier Liaison

• Liasing with the Buyer/Director regarding orders to be placed.

• Ensuring the Buyer/Director, Merchandiser Planning Manager, warehouse stakeholders and suppliers are kept up to date and informed of the status of orders.

• Be the point of contact for all Brand orders coming into the business.

• Building and maintaining strategic productive working relationships with suppliers and other relevant stakeholders.
