Minimum requirements:

- Matric

- Relevant tertiary qualification

- Two years experience

- Proficiency in MS Office and Dolfin.

- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills

Responsibilities;

• Writing out of orders and getting approval from Director & Merchandise Planning Manager
• Scanning of orders to suppliers
• Placing orders on the Dolfin system
• Proactively maintaining the critical path of orders
• Reconciling of accounts
• Importing of data onto Dolfin
• Exporting outstanding schedules from Dolfin to MS Excel
• Input invoices from Mauritius and Madagascar onto the Dolfin system.
• Outwork-ensuring stock meets quality standards before accepting orders coming into the business
• Liasing with the Buyer/Director regarding orders to be placed.
• Ensuring the Buyer/Director, Merchandise Planning Manager, warehouse stakeholders and suppliers are kept up to date and informed of the status of orders.
• Be the point of contact for all orders coming into the business.
• Building and maintaining strategic productive working relationships with suppliers and other relevant stakeholders.
