REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3-5 years retail management experience at area management level.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Drivers License (code B).
• Matric.
• Must be willing to travel regularly between store locations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead a team of managers and staff in our Jam stores, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Oversee operational efficiency and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Recruit, train, and manage staff. Handle staff scheduling, stocktake planning, disciplinary actions, and employee relations (ER) cases.
• Ensure that visual merchandising standards are maintained in the store, including the display of new lines, promotions, and the overall store environment.
• Monitor and enforce customer service standards, ensuring that teams meet the companys high service expectations.
• Implement strategies to drive business performance, ensuring targets are met. Analyze performance metrics and develop actionable improvement plans.

• Experience in stock control, merchandising, and retail financials.
