Job Summary
We’re looking for a business development manager who has sales experience in market research, SaaS or other software technology services, ideally in a high-growth environment. Your main objective is to pursue, prioritize, and close new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Grows service offering revenue within prospective new client accounts
- Become an expert on our solutions and the competitive landscape
- Identifies and establishes relationships with potential new clients
- Report on account activity and generate projections
- Manage a consistent and predictable sales pipeline of new business
- Identify and build strategic relationships
Requirements
- Minimum 3-years B2B sales experience in consumer insights/analytics
- An existing network of customers in FMCG (Fortune 500 preferred) or Market Research.
- Experience in selling insights projects & SaaS solutions
- Experience (in selling) in a scale-up organization
- Excellent interpersonal/client relations, verbal, and written communications skills
- Ability to implement strategic plans
- Good negotiation, organizational, prioritization, and planning skills
- Ability to quickly learn online sales and project management solutions
- Energized to help clients succeed
- Strong attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred
