Job Summary
We are looking for a Product Manager with strong technical backgrounds to drive the execution and success of our digital product offerings. In this role, you'll develop close working partnerships with both management and cross-functional leaders, to identify issues or opportunities, develop plans and implement solutions, clear obstacles, and ensure quality. Simply stated, this position takes ownership over their product areas and ensures its success.
As a product manager you will establish the product vision, define the backlog, and maximize the value delivered by the development team. As new problem spaces emerge, you’ll drive identification and validation of assumptions through your strong product discovery techniques. And last, but certainly not least, you’ll work closely with key stakeholders and partners, ensuring successful go-to-market and communications strategies both products and our department

Collaborate with management and cross-functional leaders to ensure the overall success of multiple projects, forming close working partnerships with internal department directors.
Take ownership over the delivery of your product areas, ensuring ongoing success of iterative releases. Proactively plan for growth, take action to clear obstacles, identify issues or opportunities and implement solutions and plans.
Capture ideas and identify improvement areas, turn into functional requirements, prioritize, and work with both engineering, product and design teams to execute.
Field product questions and offer insight across functional teams, smoothing communications between groups and maximizing communication efficiency.
Create, track and report KPI’s metrics that speak to the health and success of your product areas.
Participate in daily project standups and weekly leadership meetings.
Contribute towards creating the product strategy for one or more products in our growing product portfolio.
Use customer feedback, detailed market analysis, and data gathering to provide assistance in defining product strategy.
Represent the “voice of the customer” by deeply understanding the needs of current and potential customers.
Participate in tests and learn activities to quickly validate assumptions and product direction.
Documentation. Keep both internal and external product documentation updated.
Education And / Or Experience
Bachelor's Degree.
Prior startup experience (appreciated).
3+ years of technical product management, program management or engineering experience.
Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
Experience owning roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
Experience in logistics startups or companies (appreciated)
