Salary : IDR 10,000,000 - 15,000,000

Responsibility

• Recruitment Management:
  - Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans for positions such as anchors, live streaming teams, and other relevant roles.
  - Manage the anchor team to ensure the smooth progress of the live broadcast business and handle daily employee issues.
• Compensation and Benefits Management:
  - Manage compensation calculations and distribution, as well as the administration of employee benefit plans.
• Compliance with Labor Laws:
  - In-depth understanding and familiarity with Malaysian labor laws to ensure HR policies and practices comply with regulatory requirements.
  - Handle matters related to employee contracts, labor agreements, and regulations, ensuring legal compliance throughout the employment lifecycle.
• Onboarding and Offboarding Management:
  - Manage the onboarding process, including contract signing and training.
  - Assist with employee and offboarding procedures, ensuring a smooth process in compliance with regulations and company policies.
  - Manage employee attendance, employee files, and output work collaboration process SOP

Requirement

• Education: Diploma / Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field. HR certification is a plus.
• Experience: 2-3+ years in HR
• Skills: Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in HRIS and knowledge of labor laws.
• Language Requirement : English, Mandarin, Indonesian
