Salary Range : RM 13,000 - RM 18,000 +

Job Description:

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Provide strong and effective leadership to the overall department head.
  • Recruit, train, and manage personnel to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work culture that encourages creativity and innovation.
  • Foster effective communication within the company and with external stakeholders.
  • Drive all the departments to achieve overall company goals.
  • Conduct regular meetings to keep the team informed and aligned with company objectives.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Strategic Planning and Business Development:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the company's business objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market demands to guide business decisions.
  • Identify potential risks associated with projects and business operations.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize liabilities.

Project Management & Quality Control:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of interior design projects.
  • Collaborate with related departments to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope,
  • and budget.
  • Resolve project issues and challenges in a timely and effective manner.
  • Uphold and enforce high standards of design & project quality.
  • Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure client satisfaction.

Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage budgets for projects and overall company operations.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze reports, and make informed decisions to ensure
  • profitability.
  • Implement cost-effective measures and resource optimization strategies.
  • Ensure the company complies with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and agreements with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Job requirement:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of senior-level hands-on experience in project management, preferably the interior design, renovation, and retail industry.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills.
  • Proficient in project management and financial analysis.
  • Experience in successfully transforming SME operations into a systematic and structured environment.
