Salary: RM 2500 - RM 5000
Location: JB
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Manage the agency's correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and inquiries.
- Maintain and update client records, booking systems, and databases.
- Prepare and manage travel documents, itineraries, and travel vouchers.
- Assist with the processing of travel bookings, amendments, and cancellations.
- Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Assist clients with travel-related questions, booking confirmations, and itinerary changes.
- Ensure client satisfaction by following up on bookings and feedback.
- Office Management:
- Order and manage office supplies, equipment, and resources.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments for staff.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.
- Team Coordination:
- Assist travel consultants with their administrative needs and coordinate team activities.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role within the travel industry is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and travel booking software.
