Salary: RM 2500 - RM 5000

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support:
    • Manage the agency's correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and inquiries.
    • Maintain and update client records, booking systems, and databases.
    • Prepare and manage travel documents, itineraries, and travel vouchers.
    • Assist with the processing of travel bookings, amendments, and cancellations.
  2. Customer Service:
    • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
    • Assist clients with travel-related questions, booking confirmations, and itinerary changes.
    • Ensure client satisfaction by following up on bookings and feedback.
  3. Office Management:
    • Order and manage office supplies, equipment, and resources.
    • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments for staff.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.
  4. Team Coordination:
    • Assist travel consultants with their administrative needs and coordinate team activities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role within the travel industry is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and travel booking software.
