Position : Marketing Manager

Company Name : Media Technology Company established in 2017 until now.

Working Location : Damansara Perdana

Salary Range : RM 10,000 RM 13,000

As our Marketing Manager, you will report directly to our CEO, and you will lead our marketing teams, which includes our Digital Marketing team, Media Relations (PR) team, Community team, as well as our Production and Creative team to implement our unique 360-marketing approach that optimizes paid traffic and delivers more organic traffic to our core product and service offerings. 

Job Responsibilities

1. Create 1 year marketing strategy for the company
2. Lead, develop and plan marketing strategies with CEO
3. Execute marketing strategies to the best of its capabilities, keeping track of results and progress
4. Must be proficient in Mandarin to converse with our Taiwanese team mates and members
5. Develop and manage the appropriate Scorecards and KPIs for the marketing organization
6. Collaborate and work closely with Product and Operations to deliver companys financial goals
7. Develop the right marketing organization structure capable of executing on the strategy
8. Manage and improve on the entire marketing department
9. Serve as an exceptional manager, who is a mentor to his or her team
10. Encourage and drive innovation in marketing throughout the entire marketing organization
11. Set clear quarterly goals and objectives, measure, track and hold teams / individuals accountable
12. Oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of processes for the marketing organization

Job Requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, or related field required
2. Masters degree in a related field, or MBA preferred
3. At least 5-10 years of combined experience, and at least 3 years of experience in each of the following areas: media relations / PR, advertising and digital marketing
4. At least 3-5 years of experience in an executive role managing a high functioning marketing team in a data driven and high tech organization
