About the role

The Employer is a MNC Companies with multiple retail outlets in gadgets and F&B.

Office Location : PFCC, Bandar Puteri Puchong (Nearby LRT Station)

Responsibilities:

• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations relevant to recruitment.
• Conducting interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
• Analyze recruitment data and metrics to optimize recruitment strategies and improve hiring processes..
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and ethical standards throughout the recruitment process.

Requirement:

• Significant experience in recruitment, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the retail and food & beverage (F&B) industries.
• at least 2 years of experience in recruitment is desired.
• Strong understanding of the retail and F&B industries, including knowledge of industry-specific trends, challenges, and recruitment practices.
• Proven track record in sourcing and attracting top talent within the retail and F&B sectors.
• Experience in utilizing various recruitment channels and techniques, including job portals, social media, networking, campus recruitment, and industry events.
