About the Employer
An overseas subsidiary specialising in the manufacturing of ophthalmic lenses.
Working Location : Wisma KGN, Pengkalan Weld, 10300 Georgretown, Pulau Pinang
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their queries and issues promptly and positively.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic attitude towards customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Follow up on cases and commitments made to customers.
- Have a strong understanding of company products and services and provide detailed information to customers.
- Utilize various communication channels to interact with customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure feedback is documented.
- Log all interactions and tasks in Service Cloud or relevant systems.
- Process orders, forms, and requests accurately.
- Coordinate with colleagues, particularly the sales team.
- Assist with stock management of lenses.
- Investigate tasks thoroughly within established procedures and guidelines.
Candidate Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Minimum 1 year of customer support experience.
- Proficiency in Mandarin.
- Previous experience in customer service and data entry preferred.
- Optical experience is a plus.
