Head of Marketing | HealthCare Distribution

We're hiring a Head of Marketing to drive growth and strengthen brands across multiple channels and business portfolios for an established FMCG distributor (~40 headcount) supplying supplements, healthcare, and skincare products to chain pharmacies and retail partners in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya.

What You'll Do

• Lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns across retail, B2B, activations, and other offline channels
• Develop and drive brand strategy, positioning, and messaging across a diverse portfolio of brands
• Create impactful, consumer-focused marketing initiatives that deliver measurable business results
• Lead product launches, promotional campaigns, trade marketing, and brand-building initiatives
• Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure strong marketing execution
• Mentor, develop, and inspire a high-performing marketing team while fostering a culture of creativity and innovation

What You'll Need

• At least 10 years of marketing experience, including demonstrated leadership and team management exposure
• Proven experience in multi-brand management and integrated marketing across multiple channels
• Strong track record in developing brand strategies and delivering successful marketing campaigns
• Excellent analytical, creative, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate consumer and market insights into growth opportunities

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare, beauty, personal care, skincare, or FMCG
