𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• – Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance
• – Lead the team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction
• – Manage staff scheduling, training, and team supervision
• – Handle inventory control, campaign execution, and customer relationships
• – Report store performance and implement improvement initiatives

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

• – Singaporean, minimum high school qualification
• – At least 2 years of retail/service management experience (Store Manager experience preferred)
• – Experience in gaming/anime merchandise retail is an advantage
• – Strong leadership and coordination skills
• – Proficient in English and Mandarin

𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 / 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗸𝘀

• – 44 working hours per week (shift-based)
• – Insurance coverage according to Singapore regulations
• – Annual performance bonus
