Full Job Description:

Salary information:

  • Annualized salary of $220,000.00 – $240,000.00 (If bilingual and board certified, candidate will be at the top end of the salary range)
  • A sign on bonus of $20,000.00 will be paid in one lump sum for 2 years.
  • Will pay a differential hourly rate on Saturdays. (Office is currently open Saturday from 8am – 12pm. The physicians rotate Saturdays) Extra $550.00 for 12 day
  • Bonus program up to $24,000.00 annually

  • Malpractice insurance will be paid by the Medical Group.
  • Eligibility for enrollment into the Medical Group’s health and benefit plans which include: (Available on day one)

  • Coverage of one-time your annual salary Basic Life and AD&D up to $200k (100% employer paid)

    • CME annual allowance of $500.00.
    • Renewal payment of medical state license, DEA, and NICA.

Role:

  • Avg. 20 patients a day (23-24 scheduled (-) cancellations)
  • 15-20 minutes with ea. patient
  • Patients 18yrs old and up (need to be okay seeing both age groups)
  • Bi-Lingual (preferred)
  • Call: One week of Call once a year

Requirements

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
  • Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related field.
  • Valid state medical license and DEA certification.
  • Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a primary care setting.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.
