Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packaging Associate to join our team in Monroe Township, NJ. As a Packaging Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products are packaged and labeled accurately and efficiently according to company standards. You will work closely with the production team to ensure that all packaging materials are readily available and that all products are packaged in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Package and label products according to company standards
• Ensure that all packaging materials are readily available and stocked
• Operate packaging equipment and machinery
• Inspect packaged products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized packaging area
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely packaging of products
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Communicate any issues or concerns to management in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in packaging or manufacturing is preferred
• Ability to operate packaging equipment and machinery
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Basic math and computer skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
