Maintenance Mechanic

The IWS Group is seeking seasoned and knowledgeable maintenance mechanics to join our growing team. We have both temp to perm and direct hire contracts available as we have multiple clients that are hiring with urgency! Our ideal candidates possess excellent communication skills and are able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment

- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues

- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of machinery

- Weld and fabricate parts as needed

Requirements:

- Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge

- Proficient in welding and fabrication techniques

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics

- Familiarity with logic controllers and other automation systems

- 2+ years of professional experience as a maintenance mechanic, maintenance technician or formal education of a similar role.
