Job Purpose

The London Borough of Barnet requires specialist land and property support to the Brent Cross Cricklewood Regeneration Programme.

This will require a dedicated resource to provide assurance, oversight and coordination of Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) workstreams, including settling outstanding compensation claims and potential references to Upper Tribunal; and support on wider land and property matters across the programme including but not limited to disposals, infrastructure leases, licenses and commissioning and clienting commercial and property advice from Council services or external consultants.

The requirement covers management and coordination of external advisers, land and property workstream assurance, reporting and governance input and risk management.
