Contract to start ASAP until 21-12-26 with a possible extension.

Job Purpose

Delivering Key Projects: Lead the planning and execution of inclusive public consultation and engagement activities across Council services.

Ensuring Legal Robustness: Guarantee that all consultation processes adhere to statutory duties and can withstand legal challenge.

Advising Stakeholders: Act as an expert advisor on engagement strategies for high-profile and sensitive local issues, working closely with senior officers and elected Members.

Housing Engagement: Support tenant and leaseholder engagement activities and resident participation initiatives alongside Housing colleagues.

Data & Insight: Oversee the analysis and interpretation of consultation feedback, ensuring community insights actively shape Council policy.
