We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager to work for a rapidly growing Consumer Electronics company.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and lead the local cluster marketing function including the annual marketing strategy and consumer facing masterplan, marketing campaigns, product launches, etc.
  • Ensure 360 execution of local marketing campaigns across all relevant local touch points.
  • Provide relevant local category, consumer, shopper, cultural insights back to central teams to shape and define master marketing strategies.
  • Standardise in market tracking for marketing campaigns / new product & service launches to ensure marketing effectiveness in driving brand awareness, consideration as well as sales growth and competitive value acceleration.
  • Lead local agency partners where applicable, setting annual plans, performance measures and reimbursement.
  • Partner closely with sales teams to drive channel marketing activation's for key cluster retailers, including performance tracking and follow-up.
  • Generate new ideas and test and learn campaigns to accelerate the brand within the cluster.
  • Help drive overall business process improvements such as forecasting accuracy and post launch performance tracking.
  • Work closely with parent company markets to implement co-branding initiatives locally in the Cluster.
  • Partner closely with Subscription Marketing pillar to continually lobby for improvements in the customer experience based on local customer insights by studying ratings and reviews, forum feedback, etc.
  • Lead local cluster marketing budget planning, implementation and tracking

The role initially is a stand alone role and requires a 'hands on' approach with the ability to build a team. The role is based in Dusseldorf and has responsibility for the DACH region.

The 360 Marketing specialist is required to cover media planning, campaign execution, multi-channel marketing, digital marketing, social media etc. Some travel will be required. B2C experience is essential.
