Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Manager with a strong background in IT and Cybersecurity to manage and grow our client portfolio in the GCC region. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building lasting relationships with key decision-makers, and ensuring the successful delivery of our cybersecurity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts in the GCC region.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships in the cybersecurity domain.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and aligning our solutions to their needs.
  • Work closely with technical and pre-sales teams to deliver customized cybersecurity solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, respond to RFPs, and negotiate contracts.
  • Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, cybersecurity developments, and competitive offerings in the GCC region.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5+ years in IT and Cybersecurity, with a proven track record in account management or sales.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, IT services, and GCC market dynamics.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Education: Bachelors degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel within the GCC region as required.
