GRC Technology Specialist

Position Overview:
As a GRC Technology Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and implementing technology solutions that support our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) programs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk management technologies, ensuring that the companys GRC framework is efficient, effective, and compliant with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure GRC technology to meet organizational requirements, including platform setup, automated workflows, reporting, and access controls
• Integrate GRC technology with existing systems such as ERP, ITSM, or SMS.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to align GRC technology with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, configure, and customize GRC technology to meet the needs of various risk management functions (e.g., risk assessments, incident management, audits, compliance tracking).
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for GRC software and solutions.
• Train and guide team members and end-users on GRC systems and best practices.
• Develop Business requirements documents, user manuals and training materials.
• Offer post-implementation support and troubleshooting for technical and process-related issues.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience working with technologies and platforms.
• Familiarity with systems integrations and APIs
• Experience in configuring, deploying, and maintaining GRC systems.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
