IT Support Technician (On-Call)

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Technician based in (location) to join our team on an on-call basis.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide onsite IT support and break/fix services

* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues

* Install, configure, and replace desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals

* Support end-user devices and operating systems

* Escalate complex technical issues when required

* Deliver excellent customer service while meeting SLA requirements

Requirements:

* Experience in onsite IT support or desktop support

* Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills

* Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office

* Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi)

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

* Must be based in Belgium

* Availability for on-call assignments
