Job Title: Senior Application Manager (GoAnywhere MFT)

Location: Luxembourg (On-site preferred)
Employment Type: Part-time Contract (1–2 days/week, 4 months renewable)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Application Manager to administer, operate, and integrate the GoAnywhere Managed File Transfer (MFT) platform. The successful candidate will manage platform administration, support integrations with IAM and SIEM solutions, implement secure file transfer workflows, and ensure platform security, monitoring, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the GoAnywhere MFT platform, including user access, upgrades, and technical support.
• Configure and integrate MFT with IAM, Splunk (SIEM), and business applications.
• Implement secure file transfer workflows, automation, backup, disaster recovery, and monitoring.
• Participate in security testing, risk mitigation, and platform improvements.
• Produce technical documentation, runbooks, and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with GoAnywhere MFT administration and integration.
• Experience with ETL, Linux, Oracle, and Git.
• Knowledge of IAM, SIEM (Splunk), backup, and disaster recovery processes.
• Strong documentation and technical support skills.
• Business Analysis experience is an advantage.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing GoAnywhere MFT environments.
• Experience delivering similar MFT implementation or integration projects.
• Professional proficiency in English and French.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid/on-site environment.
