Senior Functional Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Functional Analyst to support the development of a business-critical application within a modern, process-driven environment. The project aims to deliver a modular platform based on Camunda, including case management, quality management, reporting, and complaints management.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business and functional requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Define and document requirements, use cases, user stories, and process models.
• Create test cases and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Perform stakeholder management and coordinate with business and technical teams.
• Contribute to user story mapping and Agile development processes.
• Support functional design in OO, multi-tier, web-enabled, and UML environments.
• Analyse and model business processes and data using BPMN and DMN.
• Collaborate on solutions involving Camunda, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, and Atlassian tools.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst working with large business-critical applications.
• Experience in technical environments and complex IT projects.
• Strong experience with requirements analysis, functional design, use cases, and test cases.
• Proven stakeholder management and UAT experience.
• Experience with Agile development and user story mapping.
• Knowledge of BPMN, DMN, Camunda, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, and Atlassian tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of data and process modelling techniques and tools.
• Dutch: CEFR C2/native-level proficiency.
