Head of Customer Success

We are looking for a Head of Customer Success to lead a team responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience across SME and Enterprise clients. You will manage strategic customer accounts, oversee onboarding and retention, lead cross-functional projects, and transform customer feedback into product improvements. In addition, you will coach and develop a team of Customer Success Managers and Care Specialists while driving operational excellence, process optimisation, and collaboration with Product, Sales, and Engineering.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Operations within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven experience leading and developing customer-facing teams
  • Strong project, portfolio, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience translating customer needs into product requirements
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch is a strong advantage
