Role Overview
We are seeking a Contract Advisor to support procurement and contract management activities for civil engineering and maintenance projects. The role focuses on tendering, contract execution, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring compliance with public procurement regulations.

Key Requirements

• HBO degree or equivalent work level.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, contract management, or contract advisory roles.
• Experience within civil engineering, infrastructure, or public-sector environments.
• Knowledge of procurement strategies, contract management, and risk analysis.
• Familiarity with system-oriented contract management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Dutch language skills are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Support procurement and tender processes for engineering and infrastructure projects.
• Advise on contract execution, amendments, and compliance matters.
• Perform market analyses and risk assessments.
• Ensure contracts align with legal, operational, and project requirements.
• Act as a key contact between project teams and contractors.
• Contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
