Test Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Test Analyst to ensure the quality of software applications within an Agile/Scrum environment. The role involves designing and executing test strategies, supporting acceptance testing, and contributing to test automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop test strategies, scenarios, and test cases based on functional requirements.
• Prepare test data and perform functional and non-functional testing.
• Execute regression, end-to-end, and acceptance testing.
• Support and guide users during acceptance testing.
• Develop and maintain automated tests and document automation procedures.
• Analyze and report test results and follow up on defects with developers and business analysts.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Test Analyst.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of API testing (REST/SOAP) and non-functional testing.
• Experience with SQL, XML, and JSON.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Postman, SoapUI/ReadyAPI, or similar tools.
• ISTQB/TMap or another testing certification is an advantage.
• Experience with Playwright or similar automation tools is a plus.
• Native Dutch and active knowledge of French.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Practical Information

• Location: Brussels, Belgium
• Work Model: Hybrid – 2 days onsite and 3 days remote per week
• Workload: Full-time, Monday to Friday.
