Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Coordinator to coordinate and execute end-to-end testing within a portfolio of large-scale business-critical projects. The role combines hands-on testing with coordination across multiple application teams and projects, ensuring high-quality software delivery in an Agile environment.

The projects focus on complex enterprise applications with integrations across market processes, data management, metering, asset management, and financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end (E2E) testing across multiple teams and projects.
• Design, document, and maintain test strategies, test plans, and test scenarios.
• Execute functional testing with a hands-on approach.
• Manage and monitor test execution using centralized test management tools.
• Analyze, document, and follow up on defects throughout their lifecycle.
• Collaborate with functional analysts to clarify and resolve issues.
• Prepare and coordinate test data for execution.
• Support business analysts and end users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Organize Go/No-Go meetings and provide clear testing reports.
• Present testing progress and results to stakeholders.
• Maintain testing documentation in Confluence.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Test Coordinator.
• Minimum 5 years' experience coordinating End-to-End (E2E) testing across multiple teams or projects.
• Minimum 5 years' experience performing hands-on functional testing.
• Strong knowledge of formal testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience interpreting functional and technical analyses to develop effective test scenarios.
• Proven experience creating test strategies and test scenarios.
• Experience presenting test results to business and technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and test management plugins such as Zephyr or Xray.
• Experience testing large business-critical enterprise applications.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Native-level Dutch proficiency (CEFR C2) is mandatory.

Technical Knowledge

• Enterprise Application Integration (EAI)
• Business Process Management (BPM)
• SQL
• Jira, Zephyr, Xray, or similar test management tools
• Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience testing data management and market process applications.
• Knowledge of UML and Use Case modelling.
• Experience within the Belgian utilities sector.
• Basic scripting or software development knowledge.
