Senior Salesforce CRM Developer
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce CRM Developer to support the maintenance, enhancement, and continuous development of a Salesforce CRM platform. You will work across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, ensuring platform stability, performance, and scalability while contributing to AI-driven customer service initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and define technical specifications.
- Develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
- Implement user stories using Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and Force.com.
- Support post go-live enhancements and platform maintenance.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and operational KPIs.
- Contribute to AI and automation initiatives (Agentforce) for Customer Care.
- Perform unit and integration testing, resolve defects, and manage incidents.
- Manage releases, CI/CD processes, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with Agile teams using Jira and Confluence.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce CRM Developer.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and the Salesforce platform.
- Experience with Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, Force.com, REST/SOAP APIs, and CI/CD.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketing Cloud Connect, Contact Builder, AMPscript, and Server-Side JavaScript is an asset.
- Experience with data migration (Data Loader) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer, App Builder, Data Architect, Application Architect, etc.) are highly desirable.
- Experience in the public transport sector is a plus.
Languages
- Native or bilingual proficiency in French or Dutch.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
Work Arrangement
- Hybrid (onsite presence required).
- Location: Brussels, Belgium.
- Long-term assignment with the possibility of extension.
