Strategic Demand Analyst (Digital Transformation)

We are looking for a Strategic Demand Analyst to support digital transformation initiatives by analyzing, structuring, and prioritizing IT demands. Working within a Digital Transformation Office, you will bridge business and IT teams, helping decision-makers prioritize investments, optimize resources, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and clarify business requests requiring IT support.
  • Assess strategic alignment, feasibility, value, costs, benefits, and risks of IT initiatives.
  • Prepare business cases and decision-making documents for governance boards.
  • Prioritize, consolidate, and optimize project portfolios based on business value and organizational capacity.
  • Collaborate with PMO, Procurement, Architecture, Finance, and IT teams to validate initiatives.
  • Support digital transformation, demand management, and portfolio governance processes.
  • Ensure transparency, consistency, and compliance across IT initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience in business analysis, functional analysis, or digital transformation.
  • Strong understanding of IT governance, enterprise architecture, and project portfolio management.
  • Experience developing business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and strategic recommendations.
  • Knowledge of Agile, IT project management, process optimization, and Power BI.
  • Familiarity with data management, UX principles, and IT & data compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, NIS2) is an asset.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Languages

  • Native proficiency in French or Dutch.
  • Intermediate proficiency in the other national language.
  • Good working knowledge of English.

Work Arrangement

  • Hybrid (minimum 2 days onsite per week).
  • Full-time assignment based in Brussels, with an initial duration until the end of 2026, renewable.
