Functional Analysis Advisor (Expert)

We are looking for an experienced Functional Analysis Advisor to support IT development teams by defining and improving analysis, modelling, testing, and documentation practices. You will provide expertise on Jira and Confluence, support cloud migration initiatives, manage end-to-end testing strategies, and coach analysts on best practices. You will also contribute to process improvements, quality audits, AI adoption in software development, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in IT analysis or software development
• Expert knowledge of Functional Analysis, Jira, Confluence, Data Modeling, Scrum, and Test Analysis & Design
• Experience with Agile methodologies, UML/BPMN (preferred), and documentation standards
• Interest in applying AI to software development processes
• Strong coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent French, good English, and passive Dutch

Location: Brussels (Hybrid)
Contract: Confirmed until September 2026, with possible extensions.
