Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR professional who adapts quickly and moves effortlessly within a dynamic organization. The ideal candidate combines a hands-on mentality with an analytical perspective, feeling equally at home in daily HR operations and in improving processes, systems, and data quality. This candidate takes ownership, works independently, and knows how to connect various stakeholders in a pleasant and effective manner.

Ultimately, we are seeking a Senior HR Officer – Operations, HR Data & Functional Management: an experienced HR professional responsible for the correct and efficient execution of daily HR administration and processes, with a strong affinity for HR systems, data, and process optimization. The successful candidate will also be a true Excel expert with extensive experience working with data.
