Confirmed IT Project Manager

We are looking for a Confirmed IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate IT projects within a critical technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage project scope, planning, milestones, deliverables and budgets.
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies and mitigation actions.
• Coordinate business analysts and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, quality, timelines and costs.
• Prepare status reports, decision logs and project documentation.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders and suppliers.
• Support change management, communication and user training activities.
• Implement project management and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Support the transition from project delivery to operational/run teams.
• Contribute to project governance, reporting and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on IT project management experience.
• Strong experience in budget and planning management.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of risk, quality, stakeholder and vendor management.
• Experience with change management and public-sector projects is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, structured and results-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of discretion and reliability.

• Dutch or French: Native
• Other national language: Strong passive knowledge
• English: Active knowledge

Location: Brussels
Work Arrangement: Hybrid, minimum 2 days/week onsite
Contract: Full-time, extendable
