Senior SAP Finance Functional Analyst

Location: Belgium (Hybrid – Minimum 2 Days Onsite per Week)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Duration: Initial 6 Months (Extension Possible)
Language Requirement: French (CEFR C2)

Are you an experienced SAP Finance Functional Analyst with strong expertise in both ECC6 and S/4HANA environments? We are looking for a senior consultant to join a dynamic SAP team and contribute to strategic finance transformation and migration initiatives.

In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into functional solutions while supporting ongoing SAP Finance projects and S/4HANA transformations.

Your Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements

Facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders

Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications

Create and maintain UML sequence diagrams based on BPMN process models

Contribute to solution design and implementation activities

Configure and build approved solutions within SAP environments

Prepare, execute, and validate functional and integration testing

Support migration and deployment activities

Produce and maintain project and solution documentation

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst

Strong experience with SAP Finance in ECC6

Strong experience with SAP Finance in S/4HANA

Experience with S/4HANA Finance innovations, including:

• Universal Journal
• Simplified Finance Data Models
• S/4HANA Financial Processes

Participation in at least one S/4HANA migration or deployment project

Ability to create and maintain UML analysis diagrams

Experience writing and validating test scenarios

Native-level French proficiency (CEFR C2)

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding and interpretation of BPMN process diagrams

Experience with testing tools such as HPQC or equivalent

Experience with modeling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect or equivalent

Experience with integration and functional testing methodologies

English language skills (B1 or higher)
